Lived in the pages of books ever since I could remember and, between the ages of 16 and 23, across a palette of landscapes—from the dark, wintry gloom of Liverpool, England to the bright, balmy heat of Brisbane, Australia; the tail end of which I spent immersing in literature and creative writing at university.
